Marketing Program Development/Strategic Marketing Plan
Peter Drucker says, “Marketing is so basic that it cannot be considered a separate function. It is the whole business seen from the view of its final result, that is, from the customer’s point of view.” Entrepreneurs enjoy the process of building companies and watching them grow into successful organizations. However, once the organizations plateau in terms of growth, entrepreneurs will often explore new ways to stimulate growth. At this point, many companies decide it is time to develop a strategic marketing plan.
Ethnography
One of the fastest growing parts of our business is helping companies by doing ethnographic studies with their customers. This is a process where we use a variety of research techniques to provide a company with a large amount of very specific information about their customers. Research indicates that the vast majority of companies know very little about their customers and therefore, even less about their potential customers. Companies can dramatically enhance their profitability by learning more about their customers.
Customer Service
Customer service is key to overall business profitability. Inspire Consulting, Inc. offers much more than a basic customer service seminar. Our company first focuses on service audits and culture audits to determine how an organization approaches customer service. We then follow a systematic process to create a customer service program tailored to the individual organization.
Salesmanship
One of Inspire Solution, Inc.’s greatest strengths is in the area of sales training. Because Dr. Millage has a unique blend of real-world sales experience and extensive academic training, he brings the best of both worlds into his presentations. Inspire Consulting, Inc. is not an advertising agency, we are a management/marketing consulting company. In the course of working with you to develop a marketing strategy, we will be glad to recommend people qualified to help you with your advertising concerns. Our focus is to help you develop just the right plan—one that will ultimately secure dividends from your advertising.
Marketing Program Evaluation and Mystery Shopping
We use formal program evaluation methods to assess a client’s current marketing program. If a company does not “know” its customers, that company is headed for trouble. There is no better way to test the level of service than to pose as a mystery shopper. This is something Inspire Consulting, Inc. includes regularly in its approach to evaluation. Once the professional evaluation work is completed, we can follow the mystery shopping with training. This provides the participants (many of whom were evaluated) with a true understanding of what needs to change in order for the organization to move forward.
